Fully Remote Environment
We are and always will be a fully remote team. SASSians are free to live and work where they please, provided that they can work during the limits that different time zones impose. However, we do promote getting together with your colleagues and building relationships across teams to keep work life interesting.
Working Space Budget
We help people set up their office as soon as they walk through our virtual door—in the way that works best for them. This can be anything from speedy home internet to work accessories to make your job more fun. We want our staff to have all the tools to do the job and some to get more enjoyment from the job.
Paid Vacation Leave
To respect the diversity of our teams, we offer a total of 31 days of paid leave (including federal holidays). We don’t believe it’s our place to decide which public holidays to recognize without being exclusionary. We want our team to have the best work/life balance possible, and providing ample leave is the start.
Company Retreats
Even though we’re proud of our fully remote setup, we also love meeting face-2-face at our company retreats—hosted at least once a year for a chance for everyone to meet the wider SASS team. We look forward to seeing everyone for fun, food, and friendship.
Paid Sick Leave
Sometimes, life throws in colds, migraines, and excessive trips to the bathroom. We understand—these things happen. Separate from our generous vacation leave, we provide an additional seven (7) paid days off for physical or mental health.
Professional Development Budget
At SASS, we want to help you to meet your professional goals. This stipend is to help you learn more about the love and/or to help you develop the skills needed in your career. It’s for you to decide.
