We are open Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 4:00p CT Monday – Thursday. We utilize Friday for training and employee enrichment.

*We are closed all Federal holidays.

Do you only do MSP subrogation work?

No. We are skilled in dealing with all areas and entities claiming subrogation. We are just extremely highly skilled in navigating the MSP recovery process.

Do you also provide medical record retrieval services?

Yes, we do. Visit our medical retrieval services at www.trustretrieval.com. Please keep in mind if you have services through us, let us know that you need additional medical record services for the best pricing.

I’m new to the whole MSP process and just lost. I’m not sure what I need. Can you help?

This all depends on your contract type:

  • Fixed Price Contract: Agreed Project Milestones
  • Lump Sum Contract: Agreed Project Milestones
  • Continuous Contract: Net 30

Do I have to commit to a contract?

Yes. Due to the nature and privacy of our and your business, a contract will be utilized.

Will I have a dedicated team?

Yes. You will have a dedicated team that works with you directly on your contract and will have intimate contact with your team lead to ensure that we foster a healthy work environment with open communication.

Can I change level of service (more/less)?

Yes. You must give us a 14-day notice so we can update your contract and update our system to reflect your current needs. We only want you to pay for what you need.
